During my consulting contract at ATPCO, I wrote several executive communications. In this note to employees, Bill Andres, President and CEO, provided information about a pending leadership transition.

The 2Q Triple Crown was an employee incentive developed to drive wireless sales. It brought in more than 48,000 gross adds, beating the plan by 50%. The components included an intranet page, collateral for employees to give friends and family and prizes for the winners. In the letter bellow, Mark Angelino, president of Sales & Distribution, launches the program to Sprint employees.

In this period of transition, I ask you to continue your focus on excellence and on delivering the high-quality products and services that our customers have come to expect.
As I reflect on our time together at ATPCO, I am confident in the results we achieved as an organization. We focused on unleashing the potential of innovation though the decade-long Technology Transformation program. That initiative was successfully completed this summer with the implementation of DD&S. We also laid the groundwork for engines, which will take us into a new era of NDC and scalable technology.
I have to say that this is an exciting time to be in the airline industry. ATPCO is well positioned to take a leading role delivering rich content, developing technology, and facilitating industry cooperation.
