This article affects me because I use AT&T. My father also worked for AT&T for 14 years.This article was meant to inform its audience about AT&T's customer service and also the law suit against the company for potentially illegal misrepresentation. What I took away from this article was that AT&T is unreliable and I ought to see about switching plans because the problems I have with them are experienced by all their customers.
