The advocacy of the ASME is to promote the art, science, and practice of multidisciplinary engineering and allied sciences around the globe thru education, training and professional development, codes and standards, research, conferences and publications, government relations, and other form of outreach. One of ASME goals is to provide advice to government officials at any kind of levels on engineering and technology matters and policies affecting the public interest and to make them understand a continuing dialogue.
