As always, I am really excited to continue the ARSC400 class from last semester. I am quite happy to see that there is a reduction of discussion on the syllabus but I am quite upset as it motivates me to do my reading. I am happy to see that there are lessons that will help us understand better with risk management, officer/enlisted evaluation system etc. The one thing I would like to learn is understanding your first assignment and how to excell in it. I would like to make a very good first impression and have a fun time.

In a court martial, a pretrial agreement is when the defendant pleads guilty in exchange for a less severe sentence.
