In my opinion there are two competencies which will made all of APU students to succeed are Flexibility and Teamwork.
In APU life we have to communicate which many different countries around the world so, there are some perspective which may create a conflict such like religious or culture. Which make Flexibility become one of necessary skill which all of APU students should have. Flexibility in my definition is the ability to understand the differences of all culture, religious around the world and know how to adjust ourselves to open mind to accept the differences.
