Well, I really was not surprise of my results. I know that my results for the APA format ring veat concerns to me because; I need to refresh my memory on the formats. I know that this semester has been a lot going on in my life and I personally feel as though my brain as frozen. I am capable of doing the work but, not under pressure.
Critically analyzes what was learned about oneself and includes a plan to make use of this in the program.

The most powerful experience at this point I had an opportunity to learn about me as an individual when it comes to leadership. The Good to great book share a lot of information about having the passion to do what you love to do. I can say that I appreciate Jim Collins information that was provide in the text( e.g.) the hedgehog concepts look to simplify a complex world and reduces all challenges (Collins pg. 91). “Those who built the good to great companies were, to one degree another hedgehogs. They used their hedgehog concept for their companies” (Collin 2002 pg.92) Three circles of the hedgehog concept consist of 1: what can you be the best in the world at. 2: What drives your economic engine that generates most effectively to sustain a cash flow and 3. It is imperative that I have an understanding of the citation’s and how to apply them in my scholarly writing. The goal is to refresh my memory with APA format and perhaps look into the writing skills as well to have a better understanding of the rules to grammar. According to the writing assessment I finished the quiz and answered 18 out of 20 questions correctly, for a score of 90%. The assessment referral me to review how my scored in specific writing areas to find helpful resources so, that I will be successful with the writing
