I was invited by K.C., the senior leader and her co-leaders to assume the sole responsibility of scanning Arthur Murray Studios’ (AMS) organization environmentally to assist four franchised AMS to become suitably prepared in advance for the future when encountering a change by formulating and facilitating major organizational change. The AMS’ leadership wants to see what is happening, what they are doing and what consequences are taking place in their organization when encountering changes. Originally, their path has been successfully for a period, nevertheless, it has suddenly come to an impasse due to its advanced technology, advanced knowledge, new-fangled competition and original community changes.
