Believers in the conspiracy claim the AIDS epidemic of 1979 represents an attempt to eradicate specific groups of people, in other words, the deliberate killing of a particularly large ethnic group, genocide targeting African Americans and homosexuals.
In the late 1970’s AIDS was just introduced, others knew it as the “gay plague.” In Manhattan, the government was thought to have made HIV later introduced as the main leading cause of AIDS, to use it as a weapon of genocide against gay men.
When the epidemic first broke out, the health officials told the public …show more content…
Test and vaccinations put out to try to cure Hepatitis B in the early 1970s and turned into the virus.
Helen Thomas claims, “A 1974 government initiative encouraged gay men in Manhattan to participate in an experimental Hepatitis B vaccine developed by Merck and the National Institute of Health”.
The African AIDS epidemic is one of the many talked up conspiracies. It started in the 1980s, it, like the 1979 epidemic in Manhattan belive to be genocide, but no one knows how AIDS got to Africa.
One theory was brought that the CIA created AIDS in a lab, and the vial containing it broke with some scuba divers on a rock on the shore of Haiti releasing the virus.
The New York Times states, “One theory fingered the Central Intelligence Agency for a failed biological war against Cuba that inadvertently backfired (scuba-diving operatives were said to have fumbled a lethal vial and broken it against a rock in …show more content…
SIV is believed to have jumped into the humans from primates and given us a stronger form of HIV due to both virus immune system attackers.
According to (Avert.org) “In 1999, a strain of SIV (called SIVcpz) was found in a chimpanzee that was almost identical to HIV in humans. The researchers who discovered this connection concluded that it proved chimpanzees were the source of HIV-1, and that the virus had at some point crossed species from chimps to humans”
Others are somewhat sceptical with these new findings due to many people having the knowledge that viruses don't usually hop from one species to another. Experts believe hunting the animals in the forest have an impact on the viruses spreading, according to (advert.org), “The most commonly accepted theory is that of the 'hunter'. In this scenario, SIVcpz was transferred to humans as a result of chimps being killed and eaten, or their blood getting into cuts or wounds on the human
