ADRC Family: Case Study

Decent Essays
Mike……….. the ADRC had referred the family to us. They must have heard the term veteran and bam.
While talking to the family, they told me that he had lost his housing ,and was temporary living with his brother. He was indeed now looking for an assisted living facility but hoped that the SSVF program provide special provisions. My direct concern was his mental and physical state. I have directed them to a local organization that helps ppl in situation, regardless veteran states or general public. I also directed them to the VA Hospital and HUD-VASH. If they need financial support we can always jump in on later stage.
