Personal Narrative: My Higher Education In The United Kingdom

Regarding the personal experience of the changes in my life, I would like to take an example of my higher education in United Kingdom and moving to UK. After completing the GCE A-Levels in Nepal, I planned to move to UK for the further studies. Apart from the experience of job it was the different thing in my life for what I have to go with certain changes. With the reference to Prosci ADKAR model of the change I had managed the change in my life for the further education in UK and they were(Hiatt and Creasey, 2003):
1. Awareness: An individual should know the need for the changes. They should be aware about the reason why they need the change(Hiatt and Creasey, 2003). Regarding the awareness I realized my need to change for the better education system. The education system I was

To solve the problems it had to bring certain organizational changes. First it identified the reason of the problems. Lack of coordination between the staffs who serve the customer, kitchen staffs and the managers was leading to the improper management. Less communication between the managers and the general staffs was the reason behind the failure. It had reduced the performance of the staffs which leads to the low quality of food and bad customer services. Staffs were demotivated due the lack of their involvement in the decision making. In a restaurant business there should be proper communication between the managers and all the general staffs and their involvement is necessary for delivery of the best customer service and the quality food. Without the involvement of the all the stakeholders of the restaurant the success is not possible. Managers had found out the way to solve the problems regarding the lower profit.
