1. Listed in the survey was the question what I found beneficial in my course ACA 120. This course was comprehensive and designed to create success in college and later on in life. The instructor illustrated many proven strategies for creating a gratifying academic, professional and personal success. She demonstrated this by evoking the use journals, labs and utilizing our writing capabilities for our discussion board. I believe the most important part of this course, was how she instilled empowerment into the students, learning who we are and how to keep us balanced on the course to success. This was truly a student self-pacing class the assisted in how we can take control of our lives. I believe that what you put into the course led me to extraordinary opportunities. Thank You.

The most beneficial portion of this course was for me how it was so detailed oriented to enable the student to exam the syllabus and find out she was so precise. What will benefit me enormously for this point in my life is the financial aid section. Educating a person to the different types and who they effected the student now and in the future. Just demonstrating these facts made you really think about the situation instead of jumping in first and finding out the ramifications later. I am so grateful at this time that I know the ins and outs of receiving the Pell Grant, it is so true the best defense is a great offense, Thanks to taking this course I am resolved to keep my GPA above reproach, to attend classes, not to withdrawal from classes or keep changing major so I can graduate with an Associate degree. This was truly an amazing opportunity and I was fortunate to have taken this
