During the interview with Coach Sims we begin our interview by discussing the organization including the structures in place and his role as the leaders within the organization. Next, the topic of the leader’s role was introduced and topics such as his leadership style and lessons were discussed. The interview concluded with questions around leadership reflection based on where he is currently or had to deal with in the past, and how these issues affect him as a leader. The interview analyzes in this paper will be presented in the same format.
