Many times when an individual does not see how many calories the dish has and only sees the description of how appetizing the dish sounds, they will order it. It is stated that “calorie information will now be required on menus and menu boards in chain restaurants.….” (U.S. Food and Drug Administration, 2016). This is sufficient because it will help with the end of obesity in the U.S. The people buying the food are going to be well informed and can make a healthy choice.
