A Summary Of Timmy's Story

Once there was a little boy who lived in the countryside with his mother. Every weekend the little boy’s grandfather would come to visit the little boy. One weekend while the little boy and his grandfather were talking, the little boy wanted a story. He wanted a story that told about why things are. So his grandfather told him a story about why it floods. The story went a little something like this:
“Once upon a time there was a boy named Timmy. Timmy lived in the big city with his parents. The year was 1910 AD and it was the day after Christmas. During that time there was a big war between Zeus and Poseidon. Zeus and Poseidon were fighting over North America. That day Timmy decided that he wanted to go to The Candy Shop that was in the park to spend his Christmas money on candy.”

“Meanwhile Zeus and Poseidon were having a showdown. Zeus shot lightning bolts at all the candy shops to cause trouble in the big city.”

Then Poseidon took his Trident and jabbed the ground, causing water to appear. The water shot out of the ground going everywhere and flooded the big city. When the water shot out of the ground, it caused Timmy to fly into a tree, but he flew so fast that he broke the tree in half and he hit the next tree doing the same thing to the tree and that repeated about five times until he hit a tall building. Then Poseidon jabbed his Trident again into the ground. Then the water rushed back to the spot where the water came from. When all of the water was gone all that was left was a pile of candy and rubble. Timmy was very happy that all the candy was in a big pile and decided to set up his shop there. Poseidon was happy to see Timmy happy and he decided to go back up in the clouds. Poseidon was happy that he helped someone, but a little bit later the people from the big city were mad at Poseidon for flooding their buildings and houses. Which was what Zeus
