The summary of the commercial is that the linebacker Terry Tate becomes an 'Office Linebacker ' for their company, where throughout the commercial he literally tackles anyone who isn 't working when they 're supposed to be while being friendly after-wards. This commercial shows positive punishment because the linebacker is added into the office while presenting unpleasant behavior, which is tackling people to the floor.
