Some Characteristics of good quality information are, accurate, timely, fit for purpose and of sufficient quantity. Some of these characteristics are more important than others, but none the less all still very important and tie in together to form strong reliable results. For example the financial system 's accuracy would be the most important characteristic so that the accounts and books add up to the correct values. Receipts, cheques, withdrawal and deposits are the main components in which good characteristics are needed to keep reliable and accurate data. If the information is inaccurate and unreliable then the bursar office will experience problems and records could show that they are either short on money or have too much when in actual fact they aren 't. It is important these are submitted by form teachers on time especially because then the form teacher can work out who is missing out of lessons and can then send the data to the student centre where they chase up the absences. For the google classroom learning management system characteristics such as fit for purpose and sufficient quantity are the most important considerations. Teachers need to upload sufficient material that will assist the students as much as possible without
