We all have nightmares and some nightmares are our reality. My day 2 I did not expect it, but when I think about it, I believe that no one expected it to happen. The day 2 I experienced is what I like to think of it, is a series of events. It first started in the 3rd grade in the summer, I was with my mom and also my sister. We went to the lake and we got a phone call that our house was on fire, it was just the three of us, my dad was on a business trip. When we were there and was leaving, we stopped by to see my dad’s mom and her dog got out, so my mom ran to get the dog, my sister and myself was in the car waiting. We saw Albert, which is someone that lived with them, and he had a pistol in his hand and wasn’t quite for sure, but he didn’t say anything to us. Well, we left and we didn’t see her. On our way back, we get stopped by my aunt. My aunt was mad at my mom and was wanting us to give our land to them. Well there was words exchanged as we were parked in front of a neighbor’s house. My aunt grabbed my mom’s hair and repeatedly was banging my mom’s head against the inside of the car. My mom didn’t fight back. She took it.
