My family were looking for something we could do in Downtown Sacramento last September 2nd, this year. I searched on Google about events that will happen that Saturday, and I found out about a 3-day SacAnime event at the Sacramento Convention Center. My sixteen-year-old son loves anime shows, so he was ecstatic when I told him about the event, and so did I, as I’ve never been to an event like that. So off we went to the convention. It started with a dead cat, and it ended with a dead cat. Well, it technically ended with therapy, but you get the picture. Flashback to ninth grade: a friend of my mother called us up to tell her one of the stray neighborhood cats had died, leaving behind a litter of day old kittens. My mother, with her wretched bleeding heart, obliged more than willingly, and we found ourselves with a litter of newborn kittens for at least the third time.…
