The America I believe in is free, patriotic, and respectful. America is the best nation in the world. Do not believe me? I can show you if you will let me.

One of my favorite things about America is our freedom. Just knowing we had soldiers die for our freedom shows we love our country. If I were you I would want to live here where you can say and do whatever you want (following the laws of course). You can be free in America. In other countries you do not get the freedom we have here. You matter, your freedom matters, and in America you can be free. The America I believe in is a country founded upon the basic right of freedom. Although often overlooked by many countries, freedom should be an essential part of any human’s life. “The America I Believe In” Peter Marshall once said,” May we think of freedom, not as the right to do not as we please, but as the opportunity to do what is right.” America gives you a chance to do what is right. It gives you the right to vote, follow the religion you want to follow, and play sports you want to play. You wouldn’t be able to do something if you didn’t get the opportunity to do it, and America is what gave you the opportunity. The opportunity that America gave you is to do any job you want to do, so do what you want to do.…

America is the land of the free, because of the brave. Americans enjoy many freedoms because of the democracy our ancestors fought very hard to establish. Freedom summarizes what being an American is about, but it’s not what an American is. An American is someone who is brave enough to do something even though the punishment is severe, someone who sees opportunity and stops at nothing to achieve it, and someone who doesn’t take the easy way out. Bravery is part of the definition of an American.…
