A social factor that influenced my participation Was when we were playing softball and we got to chose who we want in my team. This made my involvement a lot better because I could easily engage with them and made doing the sport a whole lot easier. This influences me to take a leadership role and make my participation level very high. In the softball game, the communication was really good because we all knew everyone strength and weakness.
