Argumentative Essay: Animal Rights Vs. Animal Welfare

Animal rights Vs. Animal welfare Should animals run free, or be raised the correct and safe way? Some people believe that animals should be free from being used for research, hunting, and many other things they are also used for. While many other people believe in using animals for these things, as long as their used in a very safe and proper way. Animal rights activist do not want animals used for almost anything, hunting, research, or anything us as humans use animals for. Some people would think about the impact us humans have on a animals life, and believe it’s a big negative impact because of what we do with animals. When a pig is on a trailer, or a dog in a cage, it doesn't know where it is going unlike us as humans we can at least have a pretty fare guess to where we are headed. With saying that, while a pig is in the trailer it wouldn't be safe to have holes in the floor of the trailer that the pig could fall into going down the road, that is what a welfare person sees and wants to fix, keep that animal safe and in good living shape. Growing up some people might be raised not not to hunt or to not believe in using animals for things, but what I always wonder is have they really looked into the other side of the picture, do they realize what it would be like if no one used animals, is disabled people didn't have service dogs. I think animals rights pushes the plate a little to far sometimes, I do agree with animals having a safe, clean, environment
