During the time I was taking realage test, I did not have any indication that it would foretell my real age approximately from the answers that I provided on that test. While answering the questions to predict what my real age would be, I read all the questions prudently and answered each question genuinely on my understanding. I felt very curious as well happy to take the realage test because the questions on that were very interesting, simple and tough as well because there were some questions which I could not answered correctly, but had to checked no. Like, there were some questions asked like what is my HDL level? and Cholesterol level? How could I answered on that question which I did not know because I haven’t done any test of my HDL …show more content…
This test suggests me to altered some behaviours which could reduce my health risks. Among all, one of them is having healthy meal on time. Since I don’t take breakfast daily, I would be in risk of getting various kinds of diseases and cannot maintain a healthy eating habit. So, in order to keep up with good strategies of having a breakfast daily and meal on time, I should be making a daily diet routine to have a healthy morning meal which is the perfect way to start filling my daily nutrition quota. In addition, if I continue with this strategies, it keeps me energized for hours and stabilizes my blood sugar, which prevents afternoon hunger pangs and less chances of getting sick. Another action that I would have to change is my sleeping habit. For the sleeping questions, I answered that I usually sleep upto 7 hours approximately in a typical day, which is kind of proper amount of sleep that a person need to have. However, the test recommend me to extend little more hours which could not only helps my function at my mental and physical best but also allows many body system to rest. Also, I need to know that getting too little or too much sleep can raise my blood pressure and stress level, which can increase my risk of getting heart diseases and make my RealAge older. According the test results, I need additional hours of exercise to keep myself fit and strong. The test results shows like I should spend 1 to 3 hours of each week doing cardiovascular/aerobic exercises and activities. So, if I start following this routine and continue to bump more hours on exercise, it will help to make my body even younger. In addition, I should be keep up my flexibility exercises. Doing this kind of exercises, it helps my muscles to move, expand and contract and makes it easier to bend and stretching exercises would reduce stress, tension and improve circulation and boost my concentration as well as lessen risk of getting cardiovascular diseases and other chronic diseases. Similarly, another controllable factor that I could be expanding my social circle. As per the test results, it shows like my social networking is not extensive and not getting involved with any clubs or activities that could enhance my social circle. So, in order to build up my networking, I should be doing volunteer work, involved in many curricular activities and keep in touch with other people and sharing feelings or experiences with friends as well. So, if my strategies goes straightforward and start building the things that needs to be done to expand my social circle, that would create strong bond with the people and makes me
