During this course I have learned a tremendous amount of knowledge and skills from the book The World’s Most Powerful Leadership Principle: How to Become a Servant Leader that helped influenced my leadership style. Many people believe that leadership cannot be thought however my beliefs is that leadership can be taught provided you are given the right knowledge. James Hunter most definitely provided enough knowledge one can apply to enhance or develop their management and leadership skills. This book influenced how I would react in difficult situations, my attitude, and how to manage an entire business based on best practices for an organization.
Starting with chapter two, I have gained the knowledge and influence of power and authority. Hunter
