This letter is to inform you of my resignation from my position as server at Dragonfly, effective April 25, 2016. Due to daily harassment from employees and management I am forced to put in my two weeks notice. I have endured as much as possible from the staff and brought the harassment to the attention of management many times. Since then it has become increasingly worse and nothing has been done, or even brought up in conversation by the incompetent and lazy management staff. I was told by Luis that he “would look into it” in a disrespectful tone, as if harassment was not a matter of concern, then proceeded to give me a blank stare as to suggest I should leave. Perhaps he is still looking, because that was over four months ago and not a single word has been mentioned to me, even though he has witnessed the harassment many times.
