Based on predominantly sex, gender, and race, stereotypes are undoubtedly present in our society today. Rappers are stereotypically associated with money, drugs, women, and occasionally violence. Rap/hip-hop artist Logic is relatively new to the hip-hop/rap scene, but differentiates himself from this stereotype through his lyricism and concept. His second album, “The Incredible True Story”, dicates a meaningful story sequentially from tracks one to eighteen. He developed a story about Earth’s nuclear destruction and how the remaining 5,000,000 people relocate to a space station in 2065 after which the two narrators of the audio-cinematic experience, Thomas, the pilot, and Kai, an infantryman, take a journey through the galaxy to discover an inhabitable planet called Paradise.
