This speech was very inspiring and informative. It was a good start by interacting with the audience and asking them to check their posture, which makes audience to join her. We all people are influenced by our nonverbal feelings and thoughts. Amy explains about nonverbal activities for power and command, so people should make themselves big, stretch out, take up some space. When people feel powerful they stretch out in the moment, and shrink when they feel weak. Non-verbal language is a language of its own. People body language can be determined by personal judgment. Cuddy maintains her speech in an energetic tone to grab the attentions of the audience. This speech says that there is a connection between our mind and our body, so we can change our mind by gesture. Body language express our emotions, confidential power, and shows people who we are. When we are happy, we smile. When we are sad, we frown. These types of body language can be determined by our personalities.

She made logos, and cite the fact that gamblers feel 86% more confident when power posing. If gamblers, receives a huge confidence from the pose even they are playing against probability, then definitely we should also be able to. Cuddy uses elements of repetition, such as anaphora, to describe the condition of a nervous man. To the audience, she explains the difficulty of the common nervous man. People use either high power or low power and they are either confident or shy. Power pose brings confident and creates miracles. For e.g.- when people go to a job interview, some people feel very small because they are scared. In that case, if they take a power pose it probably will make them feel better and more secure with high confidence level. She asked audience to feel comfortable and power pose for few minutes whenever they feel like they are getting low, which will lead to boost
