Veterinarian Have you ever had the chance to do an autopsy on a giraffe? In this occupation you will be able to have many interactions with animals of every single kind of animal you can think of.
At the same time in this field you need to think about how much money you will make, how this will affect your family, and most important how this job will either take stress off put more stress on you. This job is a great career for the people who love animals the way I personally do. Can you handle what I have seen? There are at least four years of collage that are required by most states. Some classes might help “In veterinary medicine programs, students take courses on normal animal anatomy and physiology, as well as disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Most programs include 3 years of classroom, laboratory, and clinical work.” (Veterinarians Occupational). And this is just the start; if you want to become more than that you will have to do many other training or school classes to do so. There are many other fields to do, a couple are technology, X-Ray, and an animal trainer. “The classes in high school help in every day work because we right in different languages and you have to sound confident and professional. So stay in school!” (Dr. Frita). As the job requires more and more, they have to go to classes or conferences to stay up to date with more advanced approaches.
