Sophomore Research Project As William Arthur Ward once said “The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.”. This quote goes deeper into thought than what people want to. People will say that they always think on the bright side by saying that the wind will change in a bit and then get back to playing golf. In reality all they want is to wait until something changes for them. People are lazy so we think optimistic but it is better to act right away and change how you hit the golf ball to adjust to the change in the wind. People are always complaining about something and the quote shows us that you should go out and do something about it. Complaining will get you no were in life and your life will stay the same. If you do not have enough effort to do something than stop complaining. In an argument if you want something done like refurbishing a park, or building a convention center, it is best to put in your own opinion. First, Restoring Ekey park has some quality’s worth looking in to. The park will create jobs for a while to help maintain the park and keep it clean. These jobs will not be needed year round and it will only be about 3 jobs will be created it will also only help attract the family’s driving by that have kids the park will not be able to bring in much revenue it will only help the restraints around it will get people to stop to get food play on the park and leave.
