I will open with a question along the lines of “Do you think there is gender inequality in MBC?” and then further their response. This helps men reflect upon their gender identity so are able to emphasize with the opposite gender. Next, I will meet with women employees who has experienced gender inequality to provide insight of current or past issues. Then, we meet with both the same men and women. This opportunity allows both parties to confront the issues together and communicate the changes they want and how they will best implement them to remove gender inequality. Gathering strengths and weakness from the men and women in the joint meeting would help create realistic goals to achieve together. Before we will address the issue of gender inequality the whole organization and present the goals we will have in place.
In order to counter inequality, we begin with small goals. Knowledge is important for both sides in understanding the issue, therefore information sessions about gender inequality will be mandatory for all employees.
