When I had first started this assignment I had no idea who or what to interview. As I put more thought into it and looked at my options I had seen a great opportunity to do my paper on. I have wanted to look into becoming a chiropractor. I have wanted to do this since my junior year of high school. I have never been to a chiropractor before but I have done enough research on the profession before when my little town I am from got a chiropractor. The definition of a chiropractor according to spine-health.com is “a health professional focused on the diagnosis and treatment neuromuscular disorders, with an emphasis on treatment though manual adjustment and/or manipulation of the spine. When travelling down the road to become a chiropractor it is not an easy road. A chiropractor is a doctor, not a physician “who can prescribe over the table drugs” but a doctor of the spine. Now to get that doctorate for chiropctatic there is only a hand full of schools in continental North America. Only 17 in America and up in Canada there are 2.
