Due to the current increase in population, healthcare changes are imminent in United States (U. S.). However, every change comes with its own demands and time consumption. As currently observed, hospitals are getting overcrowded and nurses are in great demand. Furthermore, this demand has left most nurses working long hours and exhausted. Moreover, the healthcare system transformation is usually done to meet the demands for quality, safety, and affordable care, which, therefore, would require rethinking of the roles of many health care professionals especially nurses.
