As I continued my secret shopping I made my way to the nutritional department. When approaching the department, looking around like I needed help, the representative turned to me, made eye contact and smiled while he stated “I’ll be right with you in just one moment,” then turned to the customer and proceeded to finish his conversation, he was explaining to the customer about a product that they carry, then told the other customer were he could find a certain product in detail. This shows he knows the store well. Mayo then turned to me, after the customer walked away, seemly satisfied, and asked politely “Can I help you with finding anything?” Mayo was easily spotted with a Fred Meyer blue polo shirt, nice slacks, his hair groomed nicely with …show more content…

They seem to be very engaging with the customer and listen to their needs, as they express a calm politeness in inventively listening to the customer and answering appropriately. While walking through the store, looking around in various areas of the store, it seemed calm and satisfying. They seem to have a very nice team working this hourly shift that was evaluated. The importance of this report is to seek the value the company is trying to promote within for great valuable customer satisfaction, even under pressure with the frustration that involves the renovation in progress.
