NorthPark Center is a well-known enclosed shopping center in the DFW area. It was established on July 22, 1965 (“History”, n.d.). NorthPark Center has more than 200 retailer stores and restaurants, and the total retail floor area is approximately 2-million-square-foot (“History”, n.d.). Therefore, the NorthPark Center is considered to be super-regional malls. The overall appearance of NorthPark Center is very simple. Overall, the shopping center has a square shape and four anchors are located in four different corners. The entire shopping center looks well maintained and updated. The inside area is very clear, roomy, and modern atmosphere. NorthPark Center provides customers free parking space in both the open-air area and garage parking. Four garage parking building located in the side of the four main department stores, so customers can park near their favorite stores and save time. The NorthPark Center also has valet service. There are seven valet locations in the NorthPark area, and customer can pick up their car in the nearest location (“Parking & Valet”, n.d.). If customers want to wash their car, they can find the car wash service inside the garage parking building. NorthPark Center also has very unique exterior and interior landscaping. The NorthPark shopping center appears busy all the time, especially in weekends and holidays. Overall, shoppers are dispersed in every corner. However, some store may have less customer traffic compared to others. Customers always congregate in the first floor and some well-known retailers in the second floor. Some store, such as Apple, H&M, Louis Vuitton, Nike, Sephora, and Victoria’s Secret appear high in customer traffic.
