One minor downside to using this presentation software is that to get better quality, unlocked and extended time limits you would need to pay 19 dollars a month. This is not suitable for a consumer to pay 19 dollars for 1 presentation they will be making. However, some of these features are very beneficial in order to capture the investors eyes. For example, an HD quality presentation would entice the investors to read on when compared to a lower quality presentation.

The major disadvantage to PowerPoint is that it cannot surpass the 5 minute time limit. In order to have a successful presentation to an investor you would need to thoroughly explain your product and business. This cannot be done in under 5 minutes. The only way to solve this

One of the biggest benefits is that the themes in PowerPoint allow you to be consistent in the backgrounds and effects. Every time a new slide is selected a new slide appears in the theme that you had previously selected. This would make your presentation consistent in backgrounds and transitions. The professional audience would love how professional your presentation looks. There are very easy to use and effective sound operations. A voiceover can easily be applied to each slide. This can be especially effective when presenting to financial investors. With this feature, you can explain skits of how your product would be sold or can be advertised. There are endless possibilities. There are also options to input your own video and background music. Advantages Prezi is yet another software that allows you to choose from. There are many business suitable presentation softwares.

The biggest advantage to Prezi is that it provides you control over your presentation just like PowerPoint. You choose when you want to move on to the next slide, play an animation or play a video. You choose when you want it and if you want it. This is very useful in presentations to investors as it can save you from making a mistake. If you realize a repetitive slide then you can quickly skip it. Prezi is completely free and provides you with all the features in the user interface. Upgrading only gets you support and small features that would not affect the pros of a presentation to an investor. Having no limit on the features allows for a more interesting and powerful presentation that will amaze investors.

The structure of Prezi allows for a presentation that is consistent in its backgrounds animations and transitions. Once you select a layout the layout contains the same frame, effects and animations. This will force you to be consistent in your slides causing for a more professional presentation that will appeal to the financial
