Through my whole life I have learned many things; I have fallen, I have been racially discriminated, and stereo-typed. After many bumps and hurdles, I have never lost hope nor lost drive to become a better person in my personal and professional life. A personal development plan is an essential tool for the improvement of quality life towards personal relations with your family and coworkers. A personal action plan also helps me in the development of basic strategies that evaluates positive/negative life scenarios, and it is resourceful tool for time management. In relation to my first goal, my marriage has gotten better and better as time passes, with my failures in the past relationships have become a better man, husband, and a father. Furthermore, as a result of these past relationships, I have built an inner motivation and drive to stay with my wife and work things out, support her through thick and thin. Dedication, consistency, and discipline are many of the values that I will have to implement into my daily life, for me, seeing my children succeed is the ultimate dream and will make my wife and I very proud parents. On the other hand, being debt free, it goes hand in hand with discipline, dedication, and consistent. Applying these same values and principles it will enrich my finances and will control our spending habits. As I look my life through these past years, I have learned many good habits; eating healthy, staying fit and having better communication with my spouse are a many of those habits. However, walking through life can be a very unpredictable journey and during the process I might come across many roadblocks. For example: A death in the family, children making poor choices, and health issues. Many of us cannot handle many of these tragic events, however keeping focus and taking life as it comes, it will make us emotionally stronger.
