In the novel, an Indian invites Mrs. Moore to dinner at their home if she has free time. Mrs. Moore expects very much and she tells him that she will be free in the next Thursday. However, the Indian doesn’t invite her again in the next Thursday. Mrs. Moore was upset and wonder why the Indians don’t speak the reputation.
