Gladwell- Really there’s a lot of things I think would be helpful to learn before college. Uhhh tough question before my cup of morning coffee.

Gladwell- Hmmm, I guess I would have to say that a central point about patterns of social life is that not every one is presented with the same opportunities and natural born talent. There is inequality in the world. Some have head starts and other have to work twice as hard to be half as good. But even with those talents, people need good foundations to build that talent.
*Anderson nods and Gladwell orders his coffee and sandwich while thinking*
Gladwell- The research I had to do for Outliers helped me see that when we get out into the competitive world we see the difference in abilities. College students need to acknowledge that not everyone is as privileged and they have an opportunity that they should take a strong hold of and build on it so it flourishes.
