Would it be better for Joe to do the research himself or have a consultant perform the work.
It would be better for Joe to have a consultant to perform the work in doing the research because: a) The consultant will do the research in more details rather than the research made by Joe. They will do the research consistently and focus towards directly to the subject matter. The research made by Joe is lack of information so much.

b) Moreover the research made by Joe is unfair. It is because, Joe only use to refer to the interview for 100 people outside the organic shop which is the interviews is not focus to the market and also the research made based on the individual opinion he got at the headline. The details research made by them can influence Joe in how to run the coffee shop effectively like : I. Where is the best location for his coffee shop. Maybe the consultant can suggest to Joe where the best place to run the Coffee shop is. The consultant will look to the crowded of people in the market in order to prevent from loss if the market is not crowded like: Whether it is at the urban location or suburban location, or at the industrial places and others.
