Once there was a boy named Conner and he was playing with with his friends in the street. He and his friends spotted their science teacher; Mrs. Cellar, walking towards them. She looked at Conner and motioned for him to come. Connor shot his friends a frightened look as he slowly walked toward his teacher. Connor was failing science, and he had a hard time studying. “Is this dream?” Conner asked himself. He got up and saw a huge sphere in the distance. He swore he recognized it, and walked toward it. “Hello,” Conner was startled and looked for someone else in the room. “Wh-Wh-Who are you, and where are you!?!” Conner shrieked looking around frantically. “I am King Nucleus, and you are in the Cell, my kingdom. I rule over my kingdom and give commands to all the organelles that live in my land.” Connor looked at the sphere screamed. He ran away as fast as he could and into some tubular passages. “Hello, I see you met my king, I am his humble servant, the endoplasmic reticulum! I transport other organelles like me around the kingdom! I also store luggage like protein with me, actually, i'm quite the collector,” Conner looks up and around him and realizes that he was in a cell, and this was how Mrs. Cellar wanted to help him remember about cells for the upcoming test. Somehow this makes Conner calm down. “If you are the endoplasmic reticulum, than I need to find my way to the cell membrane! Can you help me get there?” The Endoplasmic Reticulum replied, “Of course!” and off Conner went. But he was not alone, other organelles of all shapes and sizes passed by, but a ribosome was curious and talked to Conner. “What are you doing and who are you?” Conner said at the weird looking circle following him around. “I am one of the many ribosomes in the cell.
