My Thanksgiving Experience Thanksgiving is a holiday of turkey and thanks that we celebrate every year in November, a month before Christmas. Besides being thankful and eating a lot of delicious food that makes you resemble the stuffed turkey on the table, it is about spending time with loved ones and enjoying the irreplaceable moments we have at hand. Now, with every Thanksgiving, there is always a story to tell; some more interesting than others, but all a part of whom we are.
