There I was, with my friends Kevin ,Kyjon ,Parrish, Isaiah, and Nigel. The date was October 31, a Halloween night. “ You guys ready to get tons of candy” ? Kevin said.
“You know it, I replied back. We all went candy hunting. It was a breezy foggy night with children walking in their devastating costume and with them having plastic candy bags around their arms.
“ Hey, I bet I can get more candy than you guys” Kyjon said with a smirk on his face.
“Yeah sureeee” Isaiah said nearly hollering. After that statement we began to swarm our way to houses and scoop us up some candy.
“Strrrreeeeeechhhhhhh”
We all paused.. Suddenly we heard kids screaming.
“What in the world was that” Nigel said sounding nervous. It almost sounded like he was about to pee himself.

“ Maybe it's a haunted house” Kyjon said surprised. We all sat there thinking. Later that minute we began to walk again, but slowly. We came across so many houses with beautiful Halloween colors. Then, we appeared at appear house where it was nothing but orange lights and fog.
“ Let's get candy here guys” Parrish said.
“ I don't know bro, this house seems a little weird” Kevin said back. I stepped up and walked slowly towards the house seeing a big jar of candy alone by itself. By the house was a driveway with a black truck. Slowly I walked to get the candy and….
“STREEEEEECCCHHHHH” two guys with shovels, scraping them to the ground was chasing us. I ran as fast as I could, leaving my friends. It felt like I was about to pass out.
