He talked about how we should help other americans. Obama made his point clear by using repetition of words. He made clear that all americans should strive for “ better health care and better schools and better jobs”. This strategy is effective because using the term “better” introduces the theme that obama doesn't believe in a “perfect world”, he believes in progress. The statement shows barack obama’s honesty. He comes off as not being “politically correct” .The statement indicates slowly but surely. It indicates that he actually believes there will be a lot of progress in america if we work together.
