A Love Leader

Ruling with an iron fist is a common term that all people have most likely heard in their lifetime. A question that always seems to pop up is whether a feared leader or a loved leader is going to get the job done better. A loved leader offers many different opportunities. A loved leader can promote strong, healthy relationships, Trust, and can get more out of the worker. I believe a loved leader is the better leader to have. First, A love leader and healthy relationships go hand in hand. When working for someone, workers do not want to be scared that at any point in time they could suddenly lose his or her job. Workers who fear for his or her job do not seek to ask questions to make things better but just do his or her job to the bare minimum. Workers who do have a loving, yet professional, relationship tend to do better in the workplace. When a leader is loved, not a lot of people like to seek wrongfulness to this leader. For example, when Hitler was the chancellor of Germany, he had many people trying to sabotage his master plan. Hitler had a man who changed his entire plan for who would take over in the absence of Himself, then the man who changed the document tried to assassinate Hitler. Hitler also had companies who would sell him faulty military equipment as well. Hitler …show more content…
A loved leader will be in charge of who does what and how it will happen. A loved leader will be a good leader and know how to handle things when they go wrong. For example, Franklin D. Roosevelt was a leader that was loved by many Americans. FDR helped America through the great depression, and did a very miraculous job. Along with the previous paragraph, FDR also did a great job helping America through almost all of World War Two. In FDR faced many challenges during his presidency but always managed to find the correct solution to keep everyone happy.
