Ok so in the middle of a disaster Claire 2.0 and Luke stop for gas with two hostages in the car and neither of them yell for help from the crowd of people at the same gas station. There are multiple checkpoints that prevent Luke and Claire 2.0 from entering the gateway building so they decide to have Tommy come to them.

Hero truther, the group the Micha is the leader of, releases a video showing the truth behind Renautas part in the bombing then Tommy and small town girlfriend talk about how Erica can't be trusted but of course Tommy doesn't care as long as he can save the few people he loves. He then confronts Erica but decides to help her anyway after she basically admits the video is true.

Matt brings Taylor to confront Erica forcing Taylor to hold a loaded gun to her own head. Tommy ends up trapped inside the same prison that held Hiro and, of course, Joanna manages to shoot Claire 2.0 twice before Luke roasts her with his ability. Luckily the invisible woman takes the bullets sparing Claire 2.0.

Ren teams up with Small town girlfriend who provides little to no help and seems to be around as a reason of Ren to tell the audience things.
Matt gets in a car accident while he is on the phone with his wife cracking his watch and sending the other two float away in a nearby river. This is why you don't talk on a handheld and drive.
Yet again Erica has trapped the master of time and space and for some reason, Otomo seemed surprised that he got a needle in the neck. These characters are by far the dumbest in their actions but I'm sure Ren and small town girlfriend will figure out a way to save Tommy from his video game
