He possesses many qualities, first of all, he is our mediator that intercedes between us and God; he was the Sacrificial Lamb of God, a perfect example, and our Redeemer. After studying the life of Jesus, I have narrowed his leadership style down to five characteristics. Jesus is an authority figure one that never turns his back on you, however, his words are demanding. He demands us to love our enemies as we love our self and do good to them that hate you. This is hard even though it is a commandment with no exceptions. Secondly, he wants us to be an example of love, obey, pray, walk, listen, among other things and follows his commands. We are to be imitators of God. Thirdly make good decisions based on common sense and management principles. However, decisions should not be made based on emotions. Fourthly being in leadership you should be friendly with people because Jesus looks at all people as being important. When speaking to people do not divert your eyes away from them because simple acts of recognition will build a friendship faster than anything. Lastly, try to inspire people by keeping their confidence built up you must have integrity. Abraham Lincoln said that "nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man 's character, give him power." If the leader is still uncomfortable with the decision they have made, the leader should ask their colleagues and use their collective knowledge and experience to make a more considered decision.
