She portrays excellent leadership in her own pharmacy and she is the boss of two of her staff pharmacists, six technicians and two interns. When I asked her about her leadership style, her response was that leadership is all about serving others the best way possible, keeping in mind how you can set yourself as an example. It is creativity, knowledge, planning; most importantly it is the capability of creating a productive team where you all coordinate and cooperate to work efficiently. She said it is very important to prioritize relationship with customers and whom you work with. She values her staffs and understand their problems as if it is her own. She is selfless and she might work extra hours as usually the workload in a pharmacy is overwhelming and if in case one of the staff member had to take a day off due to an emergency. I asked her few times why she puts so much pressure on herself, she said it is important to put others needs first before they put theirs. I always respect her for her moral values.
