On April 27th, I went to a lacrosse game over at the Hilbert College. It is a home game, unfortunately, because Immaculata does not have enough space, we had to pay the game at Hilbert’s sports field. We played against St. Mary. We lost the game by a lot of points. The score was 8 to 16. Lacrosse has its origins in a tribal game played by eastern Woodlands Native Americans and by some Plains Indians tribes in what is now Canada. The game was extensively modified by European immigrants to North America to create its current collegiate and professional form.
