Case Study Prime Grill

Prime Grill is a new Korean restaurant in Convoy street in San Diego. One of my acquaintances, who worked with their lighting system, brought me the restaurant during their soft opening on July 2016. At the first time when I visited Prime Grill, the owner of the restaurant treated us very well with all of his kindness, and he also offered pricey meat on the house. Since it was during their soft opening, and he knows my acquaintance in person, his actions were not surprised me at all. After a month later when I visited Prime Grill with my friends, however, I was so surprised that the owner of the restaurant remembered me, and he offered pricy meat again. He also thanked me that I often visited them. Recently, when I visited prime grill again, I heard that some people wrote negative comments about the restaurant on Yelp, and one of servers wondered why people who …show more content…
Even though I got close to the owner and some employees there, I also did not know that the owner keeps trying to innovate his restaurant that much until I interviewed him.
In my work place case, my general manager also asked me many questions about leadership after he noticed that I am taking leadership classes at SDSU. At the time, I did not understand why my general manager asking me those leaderships related questions although he is a leader of the hotel already. Now that I think of it, I understand why he asked me those questions. He needs to know it to guide employees to make them impress the guest of our hotel.
Even though the industry is different between hotel and the restaurant, the managements needs those leaderships in experience economy to touch their customers and their employees at the same
