A heavenly perspective…
“Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.” 1 Corinthians 15:58 (ESV). Life is easy and things are just humming along and life can seem to be great – but when life gets hard it easy to get discouraged. Oh, one can try to rebound by refocusing on ones goals, by doing a small duty of accomplishment. One can take one step to move forward, as to keep it all in perspective, remembering you’ve managed to make it this far. All great ideas aren’t they? Here Paul says to overcome discouragements we need to keep a heavenly perspective and engage in a fresh encounter with God’s word and get back on track to working and
