Although circumstances can conflict with a person’s ability to maintain a desirable goal when it comes to fitness, as in my case, a balanced fitness routine is guarantee to prolong a more controlled, healthy way of life. Variation between exercises can also improve and benefit all parts of the body if performed properly. During these four days, I incorporate cardio as much as possible when I exercise, not only because it helps reduce body fat, but for the reason that it helps with the cardiovascular system. Nevertheless, as important as cardio is, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility are also vital in a daily fitness routine. Although the body still remains in movement, a variation in routine is necessary. The body becomes accustomed to the same routines, to an extent that no progress is obtained. However, for the past two months, maintaining a balanced healthy lifestyle has become an issue. Such inconvenience has surged because of school and work. Not having the time to prepare meals, to regularly go to the gym because of time and the irregular eating hours have become an obstacle. Although I do keep an active life, exercising is not sufficient because there should also be a balance with alimentation and in my case it has become difficult to limit from unhealthy eating habits. It is this the reason for which I consider my level of fitness as an average.
