There are many reason it would be a good idea to live in the community, even though not all things are pleasant such as the discipline wand and releasing those who fail, there are still many positive things in the community you can benefit from. I would want to live in the society from The Giver. The main reasons why it would be a good idea to live in the community from The Giver because there would be so many new experiences, multiple surprises, and you can have a perfect happy life.
